Live AI workshop for coachesFrom the video

Welcome back! Good to see you again.

Welcome back

You became a coach for the conversation, not the hours after it.Your follow‑ups in your voice, drafted before the next call.

You’re on the list, so you’ll hear the next date first.

Let AI run the follow-ups, content and launches around your sessions, in your voice, so you can just show up and coach. In the live workshop, we set up this routine together, along with your content, your newsletter and your launches.

It’s free to join, and you’ll hear the next date first. It works with Claude and ChatGPT.

Here’s one routine from the workshop: an hour before every session, a one-page brief on your client is waiting for you, with their goals, your last two notes and anything they’ve sent since.

It’s free to join, and you’ll hear the next date first. It works with Claude and ChatGPT.

While you wait, here’s everything we’ll set up together in the workshop.

You’re not behind. You’re a solo coach carrying a second job.

You’re great at coaching. It’s the follow-ups, notes and posting around it that wear you down.

  • “I have nine videos ready but constantly holding back to publish.”

You just want to show up and coach. Let AI run the back office.

Every follow-up, post, email and launch page lands in your drafts, written the way you write. You read it, change what you want, and send it yourself.

“Clients are seeking interpersonal HUMAN connection & care, not AI garbage.”

They’re right. AI never talks to your client. You do.

  1. AI drafts.
  2. You read.
  3. You send.

Why I teach this

I used to coach, so I’ve carried that second job too.

My clients always got results, and I helped many of them double their incomes. But as a one-person business, the calls, the scheduling and the social media buried me, and every new offer took months to launch.

Now AI runs my back office. It saves me over 30 hours a week and helps me work with my ADHD, not against it. When I had a medical emergency, the business kept running.

The Switchboards Method

It sounds like you because you train it on you, once.

  1. 1 Visualize

    Train AI on you, once.

You hand it your best emails, captions and call transcripts, plus your clients’ own words. Everything it writes starts from there.

  2. 2 Automate

Set up routines that run without you.

A call ending, a new client or Friday morning sets each one off, and the result waits in your drafts.

  3. 3 Optimize

Test it before you launch it.

A focus group built from your clients’ own words tells you which headline lands before you spend a week on the launch.

What it learns about you

  • How you writeIt learns from your emails, captions and sales pages.
  • How you talkIt learns from your calls, your podcast and your videos.
  • How your clients talkIt learns from their testimonials, messages and discovery calls, in their exact words.
  • How you teachIt learns your frameworks, your metaphors and the questions you always ask.

That’s why a follow-up opens with something your client said, and a sales page uses the words your clients use about their problem.

The routines you set up in the workshop

Set it up once, and your back office runs every week.

A routine is a job your AI does on its own whenever something happens in your week, like a call ending or a client paying. It drafts the work in your voice and leaves it in your drafts until you’ve read it.

One call, start to finish

A Tuesday with a 2 o’clock client.

  1. 1:00
    Before the call

Her one-page brief is waiting, with her goals and anything she’s sent since. You read it in 90 seconds.

  2. 2:00
    The call

You coach. This part is all yours.

  3. 3:00
    The call ends

You close the laptop, and the recording goes to your AI.

  4. 3:20
    In your drafts

Her follow-up and your session notes are ready. The follow-up quotes something she said and names the one thing she committed to.

  5. 3:30
    You

You read it, change a word, and send it.

  6. 6:00
    This evening

A testimonial ask and three posts from today’s idea are waiting for tomorrow.

That’s the coach who sends recaps in the afternoon.

Focus on the part of coaching you love. The rest is drafted for you.

Six more routines your AI runs for you.

That Tuesday used two routines: the brief an hour before the call, and the follow-up after it. These six work the same way.

  1. Something happens in your week.
  2. Your AI drafts the work in your voice.
  3. It waits in your drafts for you.
  • After every talk, podcast or live

Your AI turns the recording into a blog post, five posts and a newsletter, each built on one idea.

    Drafted

    A week of content

  • Every Friday morning

Your AI turns your week’s sessions and client wins into a newsletter in your voice.

    Drafted

    Your Friday newsletter

  • Three weeks before a launch

Your AI drafts eight emails, fifteen posts and your replies to the objections in your DMs, which gives you about 20 hours back.

    Drafted

    Your whole launch

  • Whenever your offer changes

Your AI rewrites your landing pages, quizzes and proposals in your clients’ own words.

    Drafted

    Your website and sales pages

  • When someone pays

Your AI writes a welcome email, a what-to-expect guide, the first-session invite and five pre-work questions, the same day.

    Drafted

    Their welcome pack

  • Every morning

Your AI gathers today’s calls, new sign-ups and the DMs that sound like someone’s ready to book.

    Drafted

    One page for your day

Everything lands in your drafts. Nothing goes out until you’ve read it.

Live online workshop

AI for Coaches

Bring your best emails, a few call recordings and your next launch date. We train your AI and set up your routines together, on your own business, so they’re running before the session ends.

What you’ll have running

  • AI writes like you, because it’s trained on your emails, calls, posts and clients’ words.
  • Every call ends with a follow-up and notes waiting in your drafts.
  • Your posts and Friday newsletter come from your week.
  • Your next launch is drafted weeks before the cart opens.
  • New clients get a welcome pack, and every session starts with a brief.

It’s for you if you’d rather spend your week coaching than writing captions, follow-ups and launch emails.

Most people never finish a self-paced AI course. This one’s live.

It’s free to join, and you’ll hear the next date first.

You’re on the list, so you’ll hear the next date first.

Who you become

You’re the coach who sends recaps in the afternoon and still has the evening free.

Questions

Will my clients be able to tell?

Not when it starts from you. You train AI on your own emails, calls and posts, and on your clients’ words, and every draft waits for you. If it doesn’t sound like you, it doesn’t go.

I already use ChatGPT, so why this?

On its own, ChatGPT starts from a blank chat every time and sounds like ChatGPT. In the workshop, you train it on you once and set up routines that run on their own, so you’re reviewing drafts instead of writing prompts.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can write an email, you can do this. We connect the tools you already use, like your calendar, email and call recorder, together and step by step.

What if I don’t record my calls?

A two-minute voice memo after the session works too. The routine treats it the same way.

Which AI do I need?

Claude or ChatGPT, whichever you already use.

Can I book it for my coaching group?

Yes. If you run a coaching school, circle or community, I run it privately for your group. Ask me about a private session.

When is the next date?

New dates go to the waitlist first. Join it, and you’ll hear before anyone else.
