Privacy notice
Last updated 6 October 2026
Switchboards is an AI-training business founded and run by Danielle Thompson. This notice explains what the switchboards.ai website collects, why it collects it, where it is kept and what you can ask me to do with it.
What the site collects
- When you send a team enquiry, I receive your work email and, if you add them, your company, your team size and a short note about what you need.
- When you sign up for a free guide, a workshop waitlist or Dispatch, my newsletter, I receive your email address.
- With any form, the site also sends which page and form you used, the campaign tags in the link you arrived from and a visit count that is kept in your browser, so I can see which pages are useful.
- When you book a call through the booking calendar, Google Calendar collects your name and email address to schedule it.
- To count visits, the site records one anonymous entry per browsing session, with no email address, IP address or browser details, and uses Vercel Web Analytics, which does not set cookies.
How I use it
- I use the details in a team enquiry only to reply to you and to scope and run your team’s session.
- I send Dispatch only to people who sign up for it, ask for a free guide or workshop updates, or tick the Dispatch box on the enquiry form. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
- I don’t sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored privately with Vercel, which hosts the site. Newsletter subscribers are kept in Beehiiv, which sends Dispatch, and bookings and email go through Google. These providers may store data outside Singapore and Australia, including in the United States.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries for as long as I need them to reply, run the work and keep business records, and I delete them sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details I hold about you, have them corrected or have them deleted, and you can unsubscribe from Dispatch at any time with the link in any issue. To ask, reply to any email you’ve had from me or send a message through the enquiry form.
