From the video: here are both prompts. Set them up tonight, and your first morning brief arrives tomorrow.
These are the two free prompts behind my own AI: one learns your business, and the other sends you a short brief every morning.
You’re already on my list, so there’s no form to fill in. Open the starter, click around the sample dashboard, and then let Claude interview you.

Your kit is ready
Here are the two prompts from the video.
Before you start, switch memory on. In Claude, go to Settings, then Memory, and let it use your past chats. In ChatGPT, go to Settings, then Personalization, then Memory, and turn on both switches.
- The interview prompt
Paste it into a new chat and answer honestly. When it has written your one-page brief, paste that brief into your Project instructions.
You are going to be my COO. Interview me, one question at a time, until you can write a one-page brief about my business: what I'm building and for whom, how money actually comes in, my goals for the next 90 days, what a good day looks like, what I keep avoiding, what motivates me and what doesn't, and how I want to be spoken to. Ask about ten questions, then write the page. Be specific, use my words, no fluff.
- The morning-brief prompt
Connect your calendar and your inbox under Settings, then Connectors. Then create a scheduled task, pick a time and paste this in.
Every morning at 7:30, read my Project brain, my calendar for today, and my inbox from the last 24 hours. Send me one message, under 140 words, in this order: 1) yesterday's wins, from evidence only, never invent one. 2) the numbers I care about, with what's new versus total. 3) the one lever for today, one line. 4) needs you: only the things a human has to do, approvals, replies, logins, filming. Never advice outside the lever. Never flatter.
Here’s how you’ll know it worked: tomorrow morning, your AI has already done something for you before you open a single tab. That’s the difference between an assistant and a chatbot.

- Should I use Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini?
- Do I need agents? Wait, what is an agent?
- Can AI really do that for me?
- How do I even know what I need?
- Before we get into all that, let’s set up the basics.
The problem isn’t the technology. It’s that it feels so overwhelming to even start.
there is an assumed higher level of it knowledge than we have
Where to start
You can’t fix what you can’t see.
Right now your AI doesn’t know your customers, your offer or how you work.
every time I start a new conversation I have to re-explain the background
Sometimes I’m scared to look at the numbers. Now AI looks first and tells me what matters.
My mornings now
Every morning at 7:56, I get my whole business in one message.
That’s Garry, my AI assistant. I don’t log into five dashboards anymore.
I looked at my Notion board from 2017. Work that used to take me months, I can now do in a day. And when a medical emergency put me in hospital, the business kept running without me.
The Switchboards Method
AI can do the reps now. You design the process.
It’s like fitness. The hard part was always doing the reps. Now you find the process first, and then AI runs it.
VisualizeClaude interviews you once and remembers your business.
AutomateA short brief arrives each morning, without you asking.
OptimizeEach week you fix one thing, so next week is better.
You’re the kind of owner who looks at the numbers every morning without dread, because AI looked first. You’re the kind of owner who starts every morning already knowing where the business stands.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. It opens as soon as you sign up, with no card and no sales call. The morning brief runs on a paid Claude plan, which the next answer explains. You’ll also get my AI tips by email, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Which AI do I need?
You can try the sample dashboard with no account at all. To have Claude build your own and send your morning brief, you’ll need a paid Claude plan and the Claude desktop app. The guide walks you through the setup.
I use Claude, with memory switched on, but ChatGPT works too. The morning brief runs as a scheduled task in Claude, which needs a paid Claude plan.
Do I need to code?
No. I don’t write code either. If you can copy and paste, you can do this, because Claude asks the questions and does the building.
Is my business information safe?
You decide what goes in, and you can leave client names out. You can also practise on the sample business in the free starter before you add anything of your own.
