Training for teams · private half day

AI training for architecture practices: fee proposals, planning reports and RFIs, drafted from your own projects

Your studio builds one shared AI workflow on a project already on the boards, so the paperwork moves faster and every design call stays with your architects.

Where your studio’s week goes

On the call we choose the job that costs the studio the most hours, and the half day rebuilds it on your project.

Half-day option

Fee proposals

Now: Every fee proposal starts from the last one, and the scope of services gets rewritten for each client and stage.

With AI: Your first-meeting notes and past proposals become a draft fee proposal and scope, ready for a director to price.

Half-day option

Planning reports

Now: The design statement for the planning submission gets written the night before lodgement.

With AI: Your drawing list, site notes and the council’s requirements become a draft planning report for the project architect to edit.

Half-day option

Specifications

Now: Specification clauses get copied from the last job, and that job’s errors come with them.

With AI: Your standard clauses and this project’s selections become a draft specification, with every change from the template flagged.

Half-day option

RFIs and site minutes

Now: Site meetings end with actions nobody wrote down, and RFIs get answered from memory a week later.

With AI: Site-meeting notes become minutes, an action list and draft RFI answers drawn from the project record.

How the half day runs

It runs on a sanitised copy of a project your studio already has on the boards.

  1. Visualize

Map one project from brief to tender.

We map how a project moves from first meeting to tender documents, and where the hours go, so the studio sees one process.

  2. Automate

One shared workflow, with the studio’s rules.

The studio builds one shared AI workflow in your approved tools, then writes its rules: AI drafts the paperwork, architects make the design calls, and confidential drawings stay out.

  3. Optimize

Check days per proposal at 30 days.

At 30 days we review it against the number agreed on the call, such as days to issue a fee proposal, and keep what worked.

It’s about running the practice, not renders, because your design judgement is the part AI can’t copy. For more jobs to hand over, see what I run with Claude in my own business.

I trained PepsiCo’s designers on AI and taught an AI basics workshop at Deloitte. In my own business, AI saves me over 30 hours a week, and I teach every team session myself.

Questions

Is this an AI course our whole studio does together?

Yes, as a private half day for your studio alone, in person or online, built on one of your own projects and the paperwork around it.

Will it teach us AI rendering?

No. It’s about running the practice: proposals, planning reports, specifications and RFIs. The design calls stay with your architects.

What about client drawings and confidential projects?

We work on a sanitised copy inside the tools your practice has approved, and I never need logins to your systems.

Can you run it in our studio?

Yes, in Singapore and across Australia. You provide a room and a screen, and everyone brings a laptop.

How many of us can join?

Everyone who works on the project we rebuild, and we agree the exact group on a short call first. See how the half day for teams works.
