Vocal style is the pattern behind how a person expresses ideas. In an AI content system, a useful voice guide describes those patterns with evidence, not vague adjectives.
“Friendly and professional” is not a voice.
Most AI voice instructions fail because they describe a mood that could belong to anyone. “Authentic,” “engaging,” and “conversational” do not show the system how you build an argument, where you get specific, what you refuse to say, or how your energy changes when you care.
Your actual speech contains better material. A long voice note reveals how you enter a story, repeat a phrase, correct yourself, use contrast, make a claim, and turn an abstract point into a relatable scene.
Listen for the patterns underneath the words.
Cadence
Do you use short declarative lines, long accumulating sentences, questions, fragments, or sharp pivots? How does the rhythm change when you are excited or skeptical?
Stance
What do you believe strongly? Which common advice do you resist? Dani’s content often moves from an accepted assumption—“I need another course” or “I need to learn every tool”—to the underlying problem.
Specificity
Which details make the point feel real? “Operations are overwhelming” is broad. “I am checking six tools before I know whether anything needs me” creates a scene.
Emotional range
A brand voice is not one mood. It can be direct, playful, frustrated, ambitious, tender, or analytical without becoming a different person. Define what remains consistent across those states.
Boundaries
Name the words, formats, and behaviors that flatten the voice. Common examples: artificial hype, generic inspiration, corporate filler, invented certainty, or a neat conclusion when the idea is still genuinely unresolved.

Pattern: begins with the relatable behavior, names the emotional truth, uses a blunt contrast, then offers a practical alternative.
Reusable instruction: “Open with the thing the audience is already doing. Say why it is not creating movement without shaming them. Make the alternative concrete enough to picture.”
Build the guide as a living system.
- Collect real speech, writing, edits, and approved posts.
- Extract repeated patterns in structure, language, examples, and stance.
- Pair every claim about the voice with evidence.
- Generate a small batch across different formats.
- Mark exactly what sounds wrong and update the guide.
- Feed high-performing, still-on-brand work back into the examples.
The goal is not to make AI impersonate you perfectly. The goal is to preserve the thinking and texture that make the content worth hearing, while the system handles research, transformation, formatting, and repetition.
