For doctors and practice managers

AI help for doctors and medical practices

Help your team spend less time repeating the same admin.

Start with practice information, routine enquiries or an internal handoff. Have us build a non-clinical workflow, or teach your team to use one in a private workshop.

Where could AI help?

Your first AI project doesn’t need to involve medical decisions. Begin with an administrative task, approved information and a person who checks the result.

Possible starting point

Answering routine practice enquiries

Now:

Reception keeps answering the same questions about opening hours, appointments and where to find forms.

With AI:

Prepare replies from approved practice information for staff to review. Individual health questions are directed to the clinical team, not answered by an automated workflow.

Illustrative reception workflow

Approved opening hours and booking instructions → reply draft → staff review.

Patient details and clinical questions stay outside this example.

Keeping staff guidance easy to find

Possible starting point

Now:

The process is in a document somewhere. A new team member asks a colleague instead.

With AI:

Organise approved administrative instructions into a shared reference, with sources and a clear owner for checking them. Start with the recurring back-office work.

Preparing practice updates

Possible starting point

Now:

Changes to opening hours or booking instructions need rewriting for the website, email and reception team.

With AI:

Use content repurposing to draft each version from the same approved update. Staff check the wording and details before sharing.

Making team handoffs clearer

Possible starting point

Now:

Tasks are passed verbally, and someone has to ask again to find out what was done.

With AI:

Explore a task summary using non-patient administrative information, with responsibility and next steps visible. Use a shared writing style for consistent internal updates.

Start with one task, not a whole new system.

Choose a non-clinical task and understand how your team handles it today. We’ll scope the work around that task, rather than asking you to change the whole practice.

  1. Visualize

    Understand the work first.

Identify the repeated administrative question, the approved source material and the person responsible for checking the answer. Keep patient-specific information out of the initial examples.

  2. Automate

    Choose who builds it.

Have the agreed workflow built for you, or learn to set it up in a private workshop. We check the tools and permissions before confirming what can be connected.

  3. Optimize

Check it before relying on it.

Try the workflow with agreed sample material. Check accuracy, tone and review steps, then decide what needs to change before the team uses it routinely.

Tell us about your practice in a short enquiry. We’ll help you choose between implementation and private training, without routing you into an unrelated coaching workshop.

Questions

Is this clinical AI training?

No. This offer focuses on non-clinical practice administration and team workflows. It doesn’t cover diagnosis, treatment decisions or connecting patient records.

Can you build the workflow instead of teaching us?

Yes. Choose hands-on implementation in the enquiry. We’ll discuss one task, assess the setup and agree the scope, handover and support before beginning.

Can our reception and administrative team attend?

Yes. Choose a private workshop and tell us how many people would join. The agenda and approved examples are agreed around your team’s work.

Does this make our practice compliant?

No compliance certification is included. Your practice’s authorised people need to approve tools, access and permitted information before use. Please don’t include patient information in the enquiry.

Do I have to book a call or choose a package now?

No. Send an enquiry first, and choose help deciding if you’re unsure. Danielle can reply by email. The option to book a call appears after your enquiry is saved.

What would you like off your plate?

Choose implementation, a private workshop or help deciding. Tell us a little about your business and we’ll reply by email.
