The Social Machine · live online workshop

AI training for real estate agents: build a machine that posts every listing and cuts every walkthrough

In two live days you set it up on your own listings, so each new property gets a week of posts and a finished walkthrough while you’re at inspections.

Where your week goes

You know how to sell a home. Keeping every listing in front of buyers until it sells is what eats the week.

Set up in the workshop

Posting every listing

Now: A new listing gets one post, maybe two, then slides out of your feed while it’s still on the market.

With AI: Each listing’s photos and notes become a week of posts that go out on their own. Here’s how to post consistently without posting by hand.

Set up in the workshop

Cutting the walkthrough

Now: The walkthrough footage stays on your phone, because editing it takes an evening you don’t have.

With AI: The footage comes back as a finished tour and short clips with your branding, ready for YouTube and Shorts.

Next, with the same method

Open-home follow-ups

Now: Visitors leave their details, and by the time you write to them it’s Tuesday and they’ve booked three more inspections.

With AI: Every visitor on your sign-in sheet gets a note drafted that evening, and you send it.

Next, with the same method

Descriptions and buyer alerts

Now: Every description starts from a blank page, and the buyer email goes out a day after the listing.

With AI: Your inspection notes become a description and a buyer alert in the same style as your posts, ready for you to edit.

What you’ll set up

You set it up on the listings you have now, and it keeps running long after the two days.

  1. Visualize

Find what local buyers stop for.

It looks at the property posts buyers in your area save and share, from street-appeal shots to floor-plan reels, so yours start from what already works.

  2. Automate

Every listing posts on a schedule.

It writes a week of posts per listing from your photos and notes, in your own style, and queues them. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

  3. Optimize

Next week copies this week’s best listing post.

Each week it checks which listing posts got watched and saved, and next week’s posts follow the winner.

Example listing post (illustrative)

Three bedrooms, one long dining table and a backyard that gets the afternoon sun. Open home Saturday at 10.

Swipe for the kitchen, then message me for the floor plan.

That’s one listing turned into a week of content. You build the machine yourself in The Social Machine, so it stays yours.

My own machine reached 811K views in its first month. It posted 906 times while I travelled Asia with my mom.

Questions

Is this an AI course made for real estate agents?

No. It’s The Social Machine, my live two-day workshop for business owners who need to be seen. You build it on your own listings, so every post is about your properties.

Do I need to be on camera?

No. Day 1 posts the property, not you. Day 2 is for agents who film walkthroughs and want them edited.

What about my sellers’ privacy?

Posts show the property, never the seller, and you pick every photo that goes in. Anything a seller wants left out stays out.

Will the posts sound like me?

They start from what you’ve already written, your past listings and captions, so they read like your agency rather than a template.

What will I need?

A paid ChatGPT or Claude plan and the photos from a current listing. I send the full setup list before Day 1.

Two live days: you build the machine that posts your listings, then the workflow that edits your walkthroughs.

You’ll hear the dates first. There’s no sales call.
