The Social Machine · live online workshop

AI training for podcasters: every episode keeps finding listeners for a week after release day

Over two live days you build the machine on your own show, so each transcript becomes a week of posts and each filmed episode comes back as clips.

Where your week goes

Recording the conversation is the fun part. The clips, captions, show notes and posts take longer than the episode did.

Set up in the workshop

Clips from every episode

Now: You know the best ninety seconds, but cutting and captioning it means another evening in the editor.

With AI: Your filmed episode comes back as captioned clips with your branding, ready for YouTube and Shorts.

Set up in the workshop

A week of posts from the transcript

Now: Release day gets one post, and by Thursday the episode has dropped out of everyone’s feed.

With AI: The transcript becomes a week of quotes, takeaways and questions. Here’s how to post consistently without posting by hand.

Next, with the same method

Show notes and titles

Now: Show notes get written at midnight before release, and the title is whatever you thought of first.

With AI: The transcript becomes show notes, timestamps and title options to choose from.

Next, with the same method

Guest research and invites

Now: Every guest means an evening reading their work before you can write an invite worth answering.

With AI: A guest’s public work becomes a one-page brief and an invite, using the right research tool for each job.

What you’ll set up

You build it on your own episodes, so everything it makes sounds like your show.

  1. Visualize

Find which clips your niche finishes.

It studies which podcast clips in your niche get watched to the end, so it knows which moments to pull from yours.

  2. Automate

Each transcript becomes a week of posts.

It writes and schedules posts from each transcript, quoting you and your guests word for word, and holds the week for your approval.

  3. Optimize

The next episode follows the clip that held.

Each week it sees which clips and posts held attention, and the next episode’s posts follow the winner.

Example post from a transcript (illustrative)

“I didn’t quit my job to start a business. I quit to find out what I’d do with a Tuesday.”

The full conversation is on the show this week.

That’s content repurposing every week: one conversation becomes a week of reasons to listen. You build it in The Social Machine.

My own machine reached 811K views in its first month. It posted 906 times while I travelled Asia with my mom.

Questions

Is this an AI course made for podcasters?

No. It’s The Social Machine, my live two-day workshop for anyone who needs to be seen. You build it on your own show, so every clip and post comes from your episodes.

My show is audio only. Is this still for me?

Yes. Day 1 works from the transcript alone. Day 2 is for shows you also film.

Will posts misquote my guests?

No. Guests are quoted word for word from the transcript, never paraphrased into saying something new.

What will I need?

A paid ChatGPT or Claude plan and transcripts from a few recent episodes. I send the full setup list before Day 1.

Be first to hear the dates.
